Actors like Daniel Radcliffe and Kristen Stewart have spent a lot of time portraying their beloved movie characters and have taken props and objects from their movie set home with them, even if it meant stealing these iconic items.

Surprisingly, just because they are A-list actors, it doesn't mean they can freely take whatever props they want from a set, with many stars admitting to sneakily taking items, including entire outfits from their movies. These actors below have stolen items from their movies to keep as a souvenir and don't regret it one bit.

10 Chris Hemsworth Took Thor's Hammer

Actor Chris Hemsworth is famously known for portraying Thor in the Marvel movies and for playing the character for some time, it was only right that the actor takes home a proper souvenir.

In 2018, during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, Hemsworth's wife, Elsa Pataky admitted that the actor has kept a prop every time he had to play Thor in a film. He has five different versions of Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, in his home, including one in his bathroom.

9 Chris Pratt Stole Star Lord's Jacket

Before The Guardians of the Galaxy became a box office hit, Chris Pratt who starred as Star-Lord in the movie wanted to take a very personal item home with him, which was his character's iconic red leather jacket.

He shared, "I stole the jacket and some of the wardrobe so that, if this movie comes out and does what everyone hopes it can, I can follow the example of someone say, like Russell Wilson and go visit sick kids."

Jennifer Lawrence starred as the iconic Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games film series and to remember her role in the movies the actress decided to take her own character's clothing.

Actor Ryan Reynolds was going to go home with one of the biggest souvenirs off of his film Deadpool. The star shared in 2015 that he took his character's memorable suit home with him, and was going to fight anyone who told him he couldn't.

He jokingly said, "I just walked off the set with it and basically told them to go f*** themselves. I wanted for 10 years to do the movie. If they want the suit back, they can come to try and take it from me." It was also revealed that Reynolds had also stolen a ring his character wore in the film Green Lantern.

After starring as the red-haired wizard Ron Weasely for a whopping 10 years, actor Rupert Grint should have been able to walk away with any Harry Potter prop he wanted. However, he set his sights on the famous dragon egg from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, admitting that he stole the prop.

The egg had a crystal embedded into it, but after stealing the prop, Grint had to, unfortunately, give it back when Warner Bros. was searching for it. At least he tried!

Kristen Stewart portrayed Bella Swan in five films for the mega-popular Twilight series and it was only right that she take some kind of souvenir home to remind her of her most famous role. The actress admitted that she stole rings that her character wore in the films because they were very important to her.

Stewart shared, "Her mother gives her a moon ring, in the beginning. It fully and completely reminds of Catherine Hardwicke [the director of the movie] every time I look at it."

4 Ben Affleck Thought He Could Take Batman's Batarang

Ben Affleck is one of many stars who played Batman and decided that for starring as The Dark Knight he should be allowed to take a worthy piece of memorabilia. Affleck shared that he stole a Batarang, but got caught in the act.

"I put it in my pocket, thinking I had earned it. The props guy came to get it and I said no. I thought I had a kind of 'movie star pass' for that kind of thing," he said.

Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson took items that most fans would have never expected. The actress revealed that during her time working on the films she stole her character's underwear!

2 Daniel Radcliffe Took His Character's Famous Glasses

After portraying Harry Potter for 10 years, actor Daniel Radcliffe confessed that he took home two pairs of his character's iconic circular glasses from the movie set.

He told the Daily Mail, "The ones from the first film are absolutely tiny right now, but they are very sweet. They are all lens-less as well. There were rarely ever any glass in the actual glasses because of filming problems with reflections."

1 Chadwick Boseman Kept His Kimoyo Beads

The late Chadwick Boseman was very proud of his role as the Black Panther in the Marvel action movie as well as starring as the character in Avengers: Infinity War. He took it upon himself to keep a memento for starring in the films, as many of his Marvel actors had also done. Boseman shared with Jimmy Kimmel that he kept the Kimoyo beads that he wears on his wrist.

"I kept the beads, the Kimoyo beads, I have them on right now," the actor had said during his interview.
